What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our website does not have a minimum order quantity
Do you dropship?
Yes! We dropship to most addresses in the US. We are connected to Synclogic and the instructions can be found in the pinned post in our group HERE
If you do not have Synclogic, you can just enter your customer's information in the shipping address.
How fast is shipping?
Tracking will be uploaded within 3 business days, but typically sooner. Packages can expect to be delivered to you or your customer (for dropship orders) within 3-5 business days.
What does the packaging look like?
All orders will be shipped in blank polymailers.
What does the return label say?
Our shipping labels will say Shipping Department.
Where are items shipped from?
Orders will ship from our US Warehouse.
Are items branded?
We do not private label so our customers can build their own brand with their labels.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns on damaged items only. If you have a question about a return, please email us at lexwholesale1@gmail.com
